Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: July 17, 2026
1. Introduction
Reality Bound, LLC (“Reality Bound,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Florida limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit realitybound.com or use a Reality Bound product or service that links to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
If a particular product presents an additional privacy notice, that notice supplements this Policy for that product. Please do not use the Services or provide personal information if you do not agree with this Policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you contact us, we collect the email address, message, and any other information you choose to include. Please do not send sensitive personal, financial, health, or authentication information through the contact form.
Information processed automatically
Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the Services, such as your IP address, browser or device type, requested page, date and time of a request, and diagnostic or security events.
We do not currently use advertising trackers, behavioral advertising, or analytics cookies on realitybound.com. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide any choices required by law.
3. How we use information
We use personal information only as reasonably necessary to:
- respond to messages and provide support;
- operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services;
- prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- maintain appropriate business records; and
- comply with law and protect our rights or the rights of others.
We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use contact-form submissions for unrelated marketing without permission.
4. How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. Amazon Web Services processes website requests and contact-form email for us. Providers acting for us may use information only to perform the requested services and must protect it consistently with this Policy and applicable law.
- Legal and safety needs. We may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request; enforce our agreements; or protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transactions. Information may be disclosed as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
- At your direction. We may disclose information when you ask or consent to the disclosure.
5. Retention, deletion, and consent
Contact messages and related correspondence are ordinarily deleted within 24 months after our last meaningful interaction. We may keep information longer when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or to establish or defend legal claims. Infrastructure providers may retain short-lived security and diagnostic records under their standard operational schedules.
You may ask us to delete your information or withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@realitybound.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. We will delete or de-identify information unless retention is required or permitted by law.
6. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. These include encrypted transport, access controls, a private website storage bucket, and service-provider security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to withdraw consent; or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also opt out of marketing communications, though we do not currently send marketing email from this Site.
Submit a request to support@realitybound.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there is no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to process.
8. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. International visitors
Reality Bound is based in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Third-party links
The Services may link to websites or services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Policy.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our Services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised Policy here and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
